Brea Conference Suites

Welp, I'm super happy to announce that our Brea, CA location is finally up and going. We are open for deposition business and some clients have already switched their depositions here away from alternative locations. Our plan, though, is that hosting depositions is only the beginning. This all began in mid 2018 when we noticed that, 'Hey, it seems like we're renting conference room space a lot in north Orange County' -- specifically, the Fullerton and Brea areas. That lead to some research which yielded the fact that, sure enough, we were renting space approximately 15 times per month somewhere in this neck of the woods.

So I went on a search for our own space which could be dedicated for our own use as well as open it up to the public in order to more fully serve the legal and business communities with professional conference suite use. I identified the building located at 1800 E. Lambert Road in Brea around July of 2018. The story with the building was that a developer had just bought it from the prior owner and was looking to turn it into a business HOA situation. That meant they would be offering each individual unit up for sale rather than lease. I was already familiar with such a thing because our main TOA HQ in Murrieta is similarly parceled.

Long story short, I created a new entity called 1800 East Lambert Road LLC which then purchased 1460 SQFT in Suite 220. Then around December, 2018 we began the renovations that would be required in order to turn dingy offices into a sparkling, light and bright conference center. I hired the same architect who designed our Murrieta offices and we were under way. Needless to say, construction timelines (and budgets) never end up on target. Our improvements took several months longer (and much more $) than originally anticipated. Still, by July, 2019 we had our first depositions and we haven't looked back.

Not to toot our own horn, but most people when they walk into the suite for the first time say something like, 'Whoah!' And I'm pleased with that response due to the amount of time and work it took to get here. We have complimentary and ample parking, complimentary kitchen with free snacks and drinks, free wi-fi, free printing, copying, etc. All of the things our clients need in order to have a great depo or business meeting experience. So far so good.
