We are looking for an entry level employee to work in our Temecula, CA office. Starting pay $10.00/hr.

JOB TITLE: Production Assistant

JOB SUMMARY: Growing court reporting agency located in Temecula, CA is slammed busy in our production department. Don't know what a production department at a court reporting agency does? No problem. We provide training and will get you up to speed so you can be part of our team. What you must have from the start, though, is being somebody honest, dependable and with great attention to detail. We need somebody not afraid to work fast but also be keen on the little details like making sure typos don't happen, inputting correct addresses, adhering to certain procedures that are crucial for legal documents, et cetera. Is that you?

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: We are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 - 5:00. This is a part time or full time position depending on availability. You'll be learning our computer portal system which handles transcripts from legal depositions, so you need to be comfortable with basic computer skills. Not only that but you need good writing and communication skills. Can you write professional emails? That's a big plus because you're going to be writing to legal secretaries and attorneys and insurance adjusters. We are really big on punctuation and communicating effectively in the business/legal world.You'll be printing out documents on our lightning fast copiers and sending packages out via UPS Don't know which buttons do what? No problem. We'll teach you. It's not rocket science but you have to be willing to do things our way which is accurately and quickly.Over time, if things go well, we'll expand your job duties to helping answer the phones, working with our calendar and billing departments. Fingers crossed!

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: High school education is required and you might even be asked to compose a mock letter just so we can see your written communication skills. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Google Chrome browser and the internet is a must.
