As a court reporting service, I'm always on the lookout for anything technological that relates to my field. I found this about Skype...

Skype Translates Voice Mail to Text
A brief notice on the Wired Web site on February 27, 2007, noted that Internet phone pioneer Skype will offer a service to translate voicemail messages into text and deliver those messages to your e-mail or SMS account. The service will use SimulScribe, a voice recognition software that claims 90 percent accuracy.
