Gadhafi rues the good old days of court reporters and gift giving

Certain court reporting agencies offer gifts and incentives (aka bribes) to attorneys for using their services. The practice is flatly unethical and Todd Olivas & Associates does not participate in that.  However, watch this exclusive video of General Gadhafi as he describes his feeling about this anti-gift giving movement afoot...
