I’m Known For My Patients And Other Typos

uci1.jpg
Recently I've been working with UCI's Career Center to help find me interns for my business. As faithful readers of this blog, you will no doubt be aware that I have a court reporting agency that provides court reporters to attorneys for depositions....

I got the following email from UCI's marketing department:

Thank you for your patients. The UCI Career Center is looking forward to helping better serve your needs. - UCI Career Center

I'm quite well known for my patience but I was never made aware that I had patients. In fact, as a parent of a nine-year old kid, I have learned a lot about patience. Only once when she was in the hospital for an eye infection back in 2005 do think I ever had a patient. And come to think of it, when I had said patient she was not checked into the UCI Career Center for treatment. Hum, strange...

Ok. I'm removing my tongue from my cheek. I just love finding spelling mistakes in others'writing. How many of you are the same in your daily writing tasks at your law firms? Does your attorney ever have atrocious grammar and spelling errors? How about letters from clients?

Send me your doozies and I'll post them here. (Actually, if you know of a doozy on my own blog or website, please let me have a good laugh with you and let me know about it; okay?)

In the meantime, hope you have a grate day!
