(Part 1)
Need a raise? Who doesn’t? Even just getting to work is expensive. I know first hand that many of my clients all commute fairly large distances to and from their law firms of employment. My commuting court reporters as well as I all feel the pinch at the pump as we head out to do depositions these days.

There are two kinds of people in the world – those whose bills are going up and those whose bills will soon be. Maybe you’re part of the silent majority who is afraid to ask your law firm for a raise for lack of what to say. Maybe you need a little help to get you going?

What if I had a three-step plan that you could use TODAY that would help you get over your fears about having that dreaded R Conversation (Raise Conversation).

I’ve broke up the three steps of getting a raise into parts -- sort of serial installments -- on this blog. Please log in every day as I unveil this fool-proof methodology that paralegals, legal assistants, legal secretaries can implement immediately to get the raise they desire and deserve.

Over the next few blogs, I will be writing more in depth about:

1. Laying the Groundwork.
2. Making the Ask
3. Responding Appropriately
